We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the premieraestheticshouston.com website or directly through our Premier Aesthetics office. If you would like to return a product purchased directly from the skincare brand website, please contact them directly regarding your return.

Returned items are subject to inspection. Any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.

Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
